Who We Are

MyNeatFreaks.com was started by a young woman who had worked for a large cleaning company and noticed that things could be done more efficiently with a higher customer satisfaction rate while maintaining the utmost of quality.

Motivation came in the form of not only giving customers the level of clean that they want, but also in recognizing that each customer is an individual who wants something specific out of their cleaning service.

The other cleaning services make use of time consuming evaluators, who come to your home ahead of time and walk through, deciding how much they are going to charge and what they will and will not do. This adds to their expenses, so they pass the costs onto you with higher, per-square-foot charges.

We do something different. We will skip the evaluation, and simply call you up, confirm a date and time, and arrive ready to clean! Your first visit will include a brief walkthrough where you can show us your needs, and we will charge you based on a per-room, flat rate basis. MyNeatFreaks.com's personable, friendly cleaning staff is highly skilled and experienced, and we care about customer service because we want to build our reputation on it.

We've also leveraged our flat rates in another way. You can order online -- something that no other cleaning service we know of is currently offering. Browse our web store and choose the services you would like us to do. Give us an address and phone number and we'll call you up, confirm everything, and take care of the rest!  You don't even have to pre-pay online to place your order - however if you choose, we accept secure payment via VISA and MasterCard online, and via PayPal, allowing you to pay from your chequing account, debit card, etc. You can also choose to pay via cash, cheque or money order, or wireless debit-at-the-door (including on-site processing of major credit cards if you prefer not to use your credit card or banking information online).

In all of these ways we are not the standard model of a home and office cleaning service. But there are many things we share with the big guys: exceptional customer service, cleanliness and professionalism. All of our staff have supplied us with criminal record checks and are fully bonded and insured.
