Terms of Use

By using this website or engaging the services of MyNeatFreaks.com in any way, you agree to accept the terms and conditions described within this document. Acceptance of this agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between yourself ("You", "you", "Your") and Cocomunkie Corporation ("MyNeatFreaks.com", "We", "Us", "our").

All orders must be dated at least 24 hours in advance. Saturday service is available upon request. Prior to the clean taking place, a confirmation call or email will be sent to ensure that the customer details and service plan are correct. During this call you have the opportunity to inform us of any special requests we may have to take under consideration when booking your appointment, and you will have the ability to make changes to your order as necessary.  When our cleaners arrive on site you also can optionally make any changes to your service in person with them.

MyNeatFreaks.com will take every reasonable measure to ensure that we are available during the time and day that you wish us to visit. If we are unable to arrive on time we will undertake all reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment as quickly as possible.

MyNeatFreaks.com prides itself on the quality of our cleaning and also the quality of our cleaning professionals. We rely on our reputation and as such we strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.  Upon completion of your cleaning service, our staff will walk through your location with you and show you all of the work that has been done and give you the opportunity to correct them on any mistakes or requests that may have been overlooked.  This is your only opportunity to remedy any problems with the work that was done.  During this time we will make all reasonable efforts to address any complaints you may have regarding the work that was done, and our staff will make sure you are satisfied before the job is considered completed.  Once this walk-through process is complete, no further discounts, refunds or corrections are allowed for the order.

In the event that you cannot be present at the end of your clean for the walkthrough, you are allowed one (1) business day to contact our office via email or phone in case of any concerns or questions you have regarding the service.  After this period of time has passed we consider the job done and the client satisfied.  We do not allow third parties to act as agents on your behalf for this policy; if you have concerns you must bring them up with us directly and third parties contacting us (building managers etc) will not receive replies from us. 

MyNeatFreaks.com does not provide refunds if services have already been rendered.   In the event of a dispute, MyNeatFreaks.com will credit Your account for a future order, or optionally, elect to give You a discounted rate on the services already rendered. This is entirely up to the discretion of staff and officers of MyNeatFreaks.com.

MyNeatFreaks.com is the first cleaning/maid service to support online ordering (that we know of) and as such our website is still somewhat experimental. You acknowledge that you will waive Us of all legal liability relating to problems with the web site, including site downtime, incorrect information on the web site, non-functioning features of the web site, and corruption or loss of website data or customer information collected using the site. You also agree to not hold Us responsible in the event that our website's security measures are compromised in any way. We will in turn take all reasonable precautions to ensure site uptime, security, and functionality, and will do everything within reason to prevent any website problems from occurring.

MyNeatFreaks.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason without notification. However, it is standard policy that we will notify you in the event that we can't fulfill your order. In the event that we cannot fulfill your request we will refund your purchase. You agree that this is the maximum extent of our liability in this case.

MyNeatFreaks.com can not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any items inside of the premises. You acknowledge that by inviting us to enter the premises you are waiving us of all financial liability relating to any items damaged or broken within the premises. 

MyNeatFreaks.com is only currently available to those who require service within the Province of Alberta, within the general surrounding area of the City of Edmonton. If We are physically too far from the premises to be cleaned, we may not be able to fulfill your order. It is only in this event that we will refund Your payment (if payment has already been made).  In certain cases we can travel outside of our normal service area for an additional mileage charge.

MyNeatFreaks.com reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at its discretion and without prior notification.
